We accept returns of our crystal water bottles within 30 days of the purchase date if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.

Please note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for used or damaged items unless they arrived defective or were damaged during shipping.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or modified in any way.
  • Any items not in their original condition or that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to return your product, follow these simple steps:

    • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note the following:

  • Refund Timeframes: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Exchanges

7. Cancellation Policy
